Calm Restore provides:

Nervous system tracking and monitoring tools
Personalized wellness recommendations based on biometric data
Guided exercises and therapeutic content
Progress tracking features

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your account credentials secure
Use the App only for its intended purpose
Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the App
Seek professional help for serious mental health concerns

5. Health Data

When you connect Apple HealthKit, you grant us permission to access certain health data. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the property of Calm Restore and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Restore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Crisis Situations

Calm Restore is not designed for crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency:

Call emergency services (112 in EU, 911 in USA)
Contact a crisis helpline
Go to your nearest emergency room

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
